Stretch marks are marks that can appear on the skin of the body when the skin grows rapidly. The best known example is that of a woman's stomach during pregnancy. However, they can also develop on breasts or thighs if they grow faster than the skin can keep up with. The connective tissue is torn subcutaneously by excessive tension, which is not painful, but does lead to purple-red marks that turn into white scars after a few years.
Rosacea is characterized by a bright red discolored skin, especially in the area around the nose and cheeks. Bursted blood vessels are visible, but often also red bumps and pimples. Most patients who have rosacea think they 'just' suffer from acne. This is mainly due to the presence of the pimples in the affected area. However, rosacea has nothing to do with acne and is a chronic skin condition.
A skin condition in which there is too much or too little pigment in the skin. There are different types of pigmentation spots. The most common types are age spots, a pregnancy mask (melasma) and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, which develops after skin damage. A lack of pigment can be caused by damage to the skin or by skin conditions such as vitiligo.
We speak of excess hair when too much and too thick hairs grow in places where normally no or only thin hairs grow. There are two forms of excessive hair: hypertrichosis and hirsutism. They usually occur individually, but can also occur in combination.
Age spots are benign pigmented skin lesions where elderly suffer from. Skin areas that have been exposed to the sun, especially the face and hands, develop round or oval-shaped light to dark brown colored spots. The spots can be a few millimeters to a few centimeters in size.
As someone gets older, a lot changes in the skin. The upper skin layers become thinner and the number of blood vessels and sebaceous glands decreases in the skin layer below. This creates more space between the different skin layers. The amounts of collagen and elastin (the fibers that provide the firmness of the skin) also decrease, causing the subcutaneous connective tissue to lose its firmness. In addition, the skull shrinks with age, causing the skin around it to become looser. All of this makes the skin look and feel slacker and less resilient.
Endermology (LPG) is THE treatment for sagging skin of the body. A treatment with endermology is a virtually painless treatment method that treats both the skin and subcutaneous tissue and the subcutaneous connective tissue. Endermology improves the structure of the connective tissue, stimulates blood flow and the removal of waste.
ME Line is the first and only treatment method that specializes in all types of hyperpigmentation. A well-known treatment indication is melasma. ME Line is a treatment method against pigment spots that is offered in a course of treatments. In addition, the method also has a strong skin rejuvenating effect.
The ME Line course consists of two parts:
Three treatments in our clinic with an interval of four to six weeks
A home pack containing five therapeutic ME Line products
Home care
The consistent use of effective products after treatment works in synergy with the treatments. These serums, emulsions or gels have a strong skin brightening effect and are an obligatory part of the treatment concept. The effectiveness of these products have been clinically proven.
ME Line 02 DAY and cleansing foam
The combination of active ingredients contained in this product destroys the activity of the tyrosinase enzyme, which is responsible for the production of excess pigment. It dissolves pigment in the epidermis and stimulates cell renewal. It is important to only gently touch the pigment spots and only use the product during the treatment process.
ME Line 02 NIGHT
A concentrated and skin brightening serum for the night. It has a preventive effect on the intracellular action of pigment by blocking certain enzymes. You can apply it all over the face.
ME Line 03 MOIST
A concentrated occlusive serum for moisture regulation and cell regeneration. Complete and fragmented hyaluronic acid molecules restore moisture balance, reorganize the skin, stimulate cell repair and balance blood flow. ME Line 03MOIST ensures that the absorption of active ingredients improves. The serum should always be applied after daily ME Line skin improvement products.
ME Line 05 HOME MASK
A skin brightening mask to continue the professional treatment at home. The mask contains powerful active ingredients with an antioxidant effect. By using the mask once a week, the treatment result can be maintained for longer.

The ME-line is a 3 to 4 months course with which any form of pigment can be drastically reduced. The course consists of two peeling mask treatments and one or two ID (microneedling) treatments and a home package. During home use, the treatment is continued.
MeLine Treatment 1: MeLine Peeling Mask
A peeling mask treatment is started in the clinic, after which the treatment is continued at home from day 3. The combination of the active ingredients (including tranexaminc acid and retinal) gives a strong and destructive effect against melanin synthesis. The process of pigment production is disrupted, the tyrosinase enzyme is destroyed and growth of epidermal cells is accelerated.
MeLine Treatment 2: MeLine ID microneedling
After 3 weeks, an ID – MeLine microneedling treatment is scheduled. The combination of specific ingredients of the MeLine ampoule, which is used with the microneedling, provides anti-oxidation and has an anti-inflammatory effect. The pigment-destroying effect disrupts the production of pigment and already existing pigment accumulations.
MeLine Treatment 3: MeLine Peeling Mask
The treatment is performed as with the first MeLine treatment, but the peeling mask now stays on the skin longer. The treatment has been intensified by the previous treatments and continuation of the treatment by home use.
MeLine Treatment 4: MeLine Peeling Mask
If necessary, a fourth treatment can be scheduled. However, this is only in consultation with our skin therapist and depends on the pigment condition of the skin.
Product advice
Products based on glycolic acid, lactic acid and/or salicylic acid that also prevent staphylococcus aureus bacterial growth. Read more.
What can be expected after the treatments
After the treatments, a flaking skin reaction starts. This can take about 5 to 7 days. In some cases, the pigment may first darken before flaking off. During the flaking process, the skin is extra sensitive to sunlight and direct sunlight is not recommended. An SPF 30+ should be applied several times a day.
The home products contain many brightening substances, anti-oxidants, acids and pigment inhibitors that the skin has to get used to. It is therefore important to build up the treatment slowly so that the skin can get used to it. The microneedling treatment has no side effects. It is important to always protect the skin well with SPF.
Results
After 1 month you will usually notice a significant improvement in the skin condition. After the course, the night product should be used at least twice a week for maintenance. After 8 months, the ME-line can be repeated if necessary.
After the course of treatments it is important to let the skin rest for 3 months before undergoing other treatments such as a peeling or laser. This is to prevent the pigment from being stimulated again by other treatments.
Dit resultaat hebben we behaald na een Me-line kuur in combinatie met de Me-line producten voor thuis. Daarnaast hebben we bij deze client ook nog de pigmentlaser toegepast.
